Shein’s Swimwear Return Policy
Shein allows customers to return items that don’t fit their needs after purchase within 60 days. However, the company has a clear list of items that are not refundable, mainly due to hygiene reasons.
For the items that are allowed to be returned, the hygiene seal has to be intact, along with the tags as they originally had been. In addition, the items of clothing should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged to be refundable.
When returning items, a few points have to be kept in mind:
- The address from which the order is received is NOT the shipping address. Therefore, customers should not send the items returned to that address.
- It is a must to send back items belonging to Shein. Any item sent that is not of the brand will automatically be unfit for return or any further processing.
- If a customer receives a defective or damaged item when ordered, they should contact Customer Support within 24 hours for a refund.
Once the refund request has been sent and the process begins, the amount will be received within ten working days, either by transfer to the payment account or store credit if preferred.
Steps to return items
In return for your order, customers must follow the following steps:
- Log in to your Shein account on their website.
- At the bottom of the page, find the “Start Returns” button and click it.
- Fill the boxes with the reason for your return and select the items you wish to send back.
- Select the return method (shipment method etc.).
- To get the QR code or label, find the “My orders” option on the website. Then click “Return and Refund” on the top right corner of the page. Download the label or QR code by clicking “View.”
Note: Returning methods and the steps after that vary according to preference and ease of logistics. Customers will be provided a QR code if they wish to avail the company’s carrier for return.
This code must be scanned and shown to the nearest parcel shop point in your area of residence, and the return will start from there.
If you use a label for the package, ensure it is stuck well and does not fall off. The package will have to be dropped off at the nearest parcel shop.

The items the company does not return include jewelry, pet products, DIY supplies, cosmetics that have their hygiene seal broken, lingerie, and body suits.
