Instant Pot Space Saver

If you’re not much of a kitchen wizard, having an instant pot in your RV is a no-brainer. There are plenty of models to choose from, but this one is our favorite by far.

There are a ton of safety features to ensure you can “set and forget”.

After all, why would you want to stand in the kitchen slaving away when everyone else is out enjoying their surroundings?

[lasso id=”1679″ link_id=”2397″ ref=”amzn-instant-pot-space-saver”]

Backup Camera

If anyone understands how hard reversing in an RV can be, it’s us. We’ve struggled with this more than a few times. So, we figured it was time to find a solution.

Again, we turned to Amazon to help.

Thanks to the hundreds of positive reviews that this backup camera had, we were able to make our decision pretty easily.

It even provides parking assist lines that are incredibly useful regardless of where you are.

[lasso id=”1680″ link_id=”38984″ ref=”amzn-wireless-rv-backup-camera”]

Portable RV Generator

There are tons of generators to choose from but this one by Goal Zero is a must-have.

It even has a USB-C port that can charge all new-generation phones and tablets.

Plus, it can make use of solar power so you can do your bit to save the environment.

[lasso id=”1681″ link_id=”38985″ ref=”amzn-rv-portable-generator”]

Custom RV Mattress

When people think of camping, they generally think of uncomfy beds and finding it hard to doze off.

But, sleeping in an RV or travel trailer doesn’t have to hurt your back.

We swear by this custom RV mattress. It’s made from 3-lb gel memory foam on the top and 2-lb high-density foam on the bottom.

Not to mention that it’s infused with stay cooler technology.

We seriously don’t want to sleep on anything else!

[lasso id=”1683″ link_id=”38986″ ref=”amzn-custom-rv-mattress”]

Portable Tire Air Compressor

To be 100% real with you, the thing we love most about this compressor is the tireless customer support.

It’s made by one of the most trusted brands in the RV accessories industry.

Alongside all of this, it has a built-in carry handle. Plus, it has multiple nozzles that can be used to pump bike tires, balls, pool floats, motorcycle tires, and travel trailer tires.

It’s your all-in-one pump!

[lasso id=”1684″ link_id=”38987″ ref=”amzn-portable-tire-air-compressor-pump-for-home-110v-and-12v-dor-rv”]

Camco RV Showerhead

This showerhead lets you choose between 5 spray patterns and has a switch that allows you to pause the flow while you shampoo or condition your hair.

Since we’ve fitted this in our RV we’ve saved bucket loads of water — and therefore, money!

The various spray settings are a bonus too.

It honestly makes you feel like you’re showering in a 5-star hotel bathroom.

[lasso id=”1685″ link_id=”38988″ ref=”amzn-camco-rv-showerhead”]

Water Pressure Regulator

When a water pressure regulator valve has over 5,000 4.5-star reviews…you know it’s good.

This valve was made specifically for RVs and was designed by an RV traveler, aiming to create something durable and high quality.

On this device, you can view a pressure dial reading and make adjustments to it to regulate the water flow rate to give you quality water pressure in your camper.

[lasso id=”1686″ link_id=”38989″ ref=”amzn-water-pressure-regulator-valve”]

Surge Protector

Protecting your electronic system is necessary for a wide variety of reasons, like extending the life of your devices and maintaining power to your camper.

This protector was designed to be used for RVs via the external plugin and is weather resistant.

You never know the power quality you’ll find at a campsite, and for this reason, this device will prove its worth over and over again.

[lasso id=”1687″ link_id=”38990″ ref=”amzn-portable-rv-surge-protector”]

Holding Tank Treatment

For your RV black water holding tank, this drop-in treatment will break down tissue and waste and cut out odors.

These little drops have a refreshing orange citrus scent and are 100% biodegradable. You’ll get thirty treatments in one tub and all you’ll need is one to treat a 40-gallon tank.

This is a convenient and affordable way to keep your RV water tank smelling fine.

[lasso id=”1688″ link_id=”38991″ ref=”amzn-holding-tank-treatment”]

Space Heater (or Fan)

If blankets and socks aren’t enough to keep you toasty, how about a personal space heater?

With an adjustable thermostat and three quiet settings, you won’t hear a jet engine while you’re trying to warm your space up.

There’s nothing cozier than being warm and dry inside while it’s frosty outside.

Have no worries about using this space heater in a small area.

It has built-in safety features like overheat protection and a cool-touch exterior.

[lasso id=”1689″ link_id=”38992″ ref=”amzn-space-heater”]

Camper Essentials: Our Personal Top 10 Picks

Ever been traveling in your RV and realized that you don’t have a wrench? Or have you been woken up at night because of the lumpy mattress you’re sleeping on?

Or have you been scared to death of the bears that seem to patrol your area?

Whatever problems you have faced on the road, we know exactly how you can fix them (or at least, stop them from happening again!).

Take a look at the 10 camper essentials we can’t live without when we’re on the road. You’ll want to buy all of them right away!

  1. Shower Bag
  2. Bear Spray
  3. Smart Battery Charger
  4. Double Camping Hammlock
  5. Roof Vent Cover
  6. Binoculars
  7. Liquid Propane Grill
  8. Drinking Water Hose
  9. Cellular Booster
  10. Insurance (Yep! Insurance)

Shower Bag for Camping

Yup, you can have a complete shower from a bag.

This particular model is bigger yet far easier to move than other versions.

After you’ve filled it with water (5 gallons is the maximum, enough for more than one shower!), the sun penetrates through the material and heats it fully in a few hours.

We can’t get enough of the adjustable switch that allows you to have full control over the water flow.

[lasso id=”1694″ link_id=”38993″ ref=”amzn-shower-bag-for-camping”]

Bear Spray

Coming face-to-face with a bear isn’t ideal (understatement of the year!). Thankfully, bear repellent exists!

We love this one since it’s the furthest-reaching one available today.

How far does it reach, we hear you ask? Up to a whopping 32 feet!

The best part is that it has been made in line with the Clean Air Act by EPA SNAP.

[lasso id=”1695″ link_id=”38994″ ref=”amzn-bear-spray”]

UltraSafe Smart Battery Charger

If you have 6V and/or 12V batteries that need charging every once in a while (and we suspect that you do!), this charger fitted with UltraSafe technology will fit the bill.

You can leave your batteries plugged in 24/7 and no damage will be done.

How does this work? Well, it’s fitted with advanced features that prevent any device from overcharging. You can simply plug it in and forget all about it.

[lasso id=”1696″ link_id=”38995″ ref=”amzn-smart-battery-charger-and-maintainer”]

Therm-A-Rest Double Camping Hammock

No matter where you are, getting a good amount of rest is essential. This camping hammock (designed for two people, we hasten to add) is the number one to do this (in our humble opinion).

It comes with everything you need to set up camp including:

  • The hammock itself
  • Amazingly strong carabiners
  • Durable tree straps
  • Easy-stuff carry sack
[lasso id=”1697″ link_id=”38996″ ref=”amzn-double-camping-hammock”]

Roof Vent Cover

Vent covers we’ve used in the past have restricted so much airflow. We became pretty tired of it. If you feel the same way (we bet you do), try this model.

A company called Fan-Tastic Vent designed it to increase airflow and be oh-so durable. The 3-year warranty is a real bonus too. It’s basically a risk-free purchase!

[lasso id=”1698″ link_id=”38997″ ref=”amzn-roof-vent-cover”]

Binoculars

We’ve mentioned countless times that the joy of RVing for us is that we get to spend all of our time in nature.

Because of this, we knew we needed to get a decent pair of binoculars.

Why? So we could see all the beautiful wildlife that surrounds us!

There are loads of brands to choose from but these are sleek, have an 8x zoom, and are affordable.

[lasso id=”1699″ link_id=”38998″ ref=”amzn-hd-roof-prism-binoculars”]

Weber Liquid Propane Grill

If you love a good ol’ barbecue, this grill is for you.

It’s small but super powerful. It comes with everything you need to bbq delicious meats, veggies, and fish.

On the side, you’ll find two work tables that flip out to make the cooking experience wonderfully enjoyable and easy.

[lasso id=”1700″ link_id=”38999″ ref=”amzn-weber-liquid-propane-grill”]

Drinking Water Hose

We talked about a 50-foot shrinking water hose earlier. However, if you don’t quite need that much length, this one is perfect for you.

It’s made in line with state and federal drinking water laws just like the other one.

The difference is that this one is only 25 feet. It’s great if you have one of the smaller RVs available.

[lasso id=”1701″ link_id=”39000″ ref=”amzn-drinking-water-hose”]

Insurance

For most people, insurance is a good idea for your travel trailer.

Not only does it cover the RV in the case of an accident, but it can give you coverage if someone gets injured while visiting your home on wheels.

I wrote a detailed post about the average cost of RV insurance here.

RV Cellular Booster

[lasso id=”1702″ link_id=”39001″ ref=”amzn-rv-cellular-booster”]

RV Accessories Must Have

There is a lot about the camping life that is bare bones and a lot that is overkill.

The key is to find the right balance between the two. Accessorize too little and you might as well be roughing it, but accessorize too much and you’ll put a major cramp on your living space and weigh down your ride.

So, we’ve whittled down what we deem as RV accessory must-haves. These are items that we don’t do without in our campers and you shouldn’t either!

Take a glance through the list below to read about these essential accessories.

So, in no particular order, this is our RV accessories must have list for new RVers:

Propane Natural Gas Alarm

The importance of safety can never be understated. Even though you might keep your camper’s airflow fresh and consistent, it’s still essential to have a carbon monoxide alarm at the alert.

Explosive gases can be undetectable by human senses, so an alarm like this is perfect to have in an RV and integral to maintain your safety and protect your home and family.

[lasso id=”1705″ link_id=”39002″ ref=”amzn-propane-natural-gas-alarm”]

Valterra 3-Volt Fridge Fan

Now, this is decidedly less fun than the coffee makers. But, it’s still essential to living the RV life you deserve.

RV fridges aren’t very big and condensation can become a huge issue — it certainly did for us! We looked around on Amazon and found that this fridge fan had the best reviews overall.

Today, we wouldn’t be without it. This product has drastically improved the circulation in our little fridge.

[lasso id=”1706″ link_id=”39003″ ref=”amzn-fridge-fan”]

Camco Drinking Water Hose

Most drinking water hoses aren’t as thick as we’d like.

We’ve been RVing for a while and until we found this Camco model (that has loads of fab reviews on Amazon), we haven’t used a hose that we truly loved.

Honestly, this one changed the game.

It’s a whopping 20% thicker than the standard hoses and it doesn’t leave that disgusting plastic taste to your water.

[lasso id=”1707″ link_id=”39004″ ref=”amzn-drinking-water-hose-2″]

Tri-Lynx RV Leveling Blocks

Depending on the terrain where you’re traveling, it won’t be level. It’s safe to say that this is a nuisance and could stop you from parking up in interesting places.

Well, with these leveling blocks, you don’t have to worry.

All you do is place them in a pyramid shape and drive your van onto them! It’s as simple as 1, 2, 3! It’s allowed us to set up camp wherever we so choose.

[lasso id=”1708″ link_id=”39005″ ref=”amzn-rv-leveling-blocks-10-pack”]

Portable Air Compressor

Finding a gas station every time you need to put air in your tires isn’t fun — and sometimes impossible. Having a portable air compressor is the only way to combat this.

The VIAIR model comes with everything you need to inflate your tires properly and carry all the equipment around.

[lasso id=”1709″ link_id=”39006″ ref=”amzn-portable-air-compressor-kit”]

Handheld Vacuum

A handheld vacuum isn’t just a must-have for RVers, but a must-have for life.

Whether you need to get rid of some debris on your couch or a bit of pet hair on the corner of the rug, it’s a hassle getting a full-sized vacuum out of the cupboard.

Honestly, you might not even have space for a full-size one anyway. Therefore, you have no choice but to get a handheld version!

[lasso id=”1710″ link_id=”39007″ ref=”amzn-rv-cordless-handheld-vacuum”]

Telescoping Ladder

[lasso id=”1711″ link_id=”39008″ ref=”amzn-telescoping-ladder-12-5-ft-extension”]

RV Holding Tank Treatment

We wouldn’t be able to live in our RV for very long at all without using the HAPPY CAMPERS holding tank treatment.

It comes in a bucket with 64 total treatments so you can keep on trucking for a long time.

It will liquify any waste solids and any household tissue so you don’t need to purchase anything super expensive to break it down. We can’t imagine a life without it.

[lasso id=”1712″ link_id=”39009″ ref=”amzn-organic-rv-holding-tank-treatment”]

Torque Wrench

When everything is going well onboard your RV, you never think about the tools you’ll need if something goes wrong. However, when it does get bumpy, you’ll need these tools immediately.

The best way to avoid any hiccups is to buy everything in advance. Among other things, this torque wrench is a must.

With this model, you don’t need to worry about overtightening anything since it emits an audible click when the preset value has been reached.

Whether you’re a DIY nut or not, you can’t go wrong with this wrench.

[lasso id=”1713″ link_id=”39010″ ref=”amzn-torque-wrench”]

RV Hitch Lock

Whatever trailer you have, this hitch lock is guaranteed to deter any potential theft.

It’s bright and extremely visible which is essential for keeping any unwarranted behavior at bay.

This model in particular is built to last so you don’t have to fret about corrosion or the lock coming loose. Your trailer is safe with this one.

[lasso id=”1714″ link_id=”39011″ ref=”amzn-rv-hitch-lock”]

General RV Essentials

If you’re just starting to deck out your RV for living, there are some general essentials you’ll want to add to your list.

There’s nothing more annoying than spending all day driving to your remote campsite just to figure out you’re missing the basics.

Stock your RV with these necessary additions to ensure that your camper is set to hit the road. Better to have something you might not need than need something you don’t have!

Here are the general RV essentials we’ve found to be the most important:

Camco Deluxe RV Sewer Hose

To tell you the truth, we don’t think about our RV’s sewer situation all that much.

Don’t worry, we’re not neglecting it! We just don’t have to worry about it since we fitted this Camco sewer hose.

We saw all the great reviews on Amazon and wanted to try it out first-hand.

We were blown away by how amazing and easy it was to use.

[lasso id=”1717″ link_id=”39012″ ref=”amzn-camco-deluxe-rv-sewer-hose”]

Adjustable Water Pressure Regulator

We love an adjustable water pressure regulator here. However, they’re usually pretty frustrating to install (unless you have a mechanically-minded friend, which we don’t).

Obviously, we turned to Amazon for a solution. After looking around, the Renator M11-0660R seemed to have the most 5-star reviews.

Naturally, we purchased it. And we were not disappointed.

It comes with an easy-to-follow installation instruction booklet so you can’t go wrong!

[lasso id=”1686″ link_id=”39013″ ref=”amzn-water-pressure-regulator-valve”]

Non-Adjustable Water Pressure Regulator

Not everyone wants to faff around with an adjustable water pressure regulator. So, if you relate to this, the Valterra A01-1120VP is for you.

It’s incredibly inexpensive and is 100% aligned with the federal and state laws for drinking water.

You don’t need to worry about anything with this little guy on your RV.

Not to mention that the installation process is even simpler than the adjustable regulator!

[lasso id=”1718″ link_id=”39014″ ref=”amzn-non-adjustable-water-pressure-regulator”]

Water Hose Quick Connect

Every RVer needs a water hose connector. This is our favorite one.

It’s made entirely from brass and you get both a female and male fitting when you purchase it.

The reviews on Amazon are astounding — and it definitely gets an A+ from us too!

[lasso id=”1719″ link_id=”39015″ ref=”amzn-water-hose-quick-connector”]

Hose Y

Sometimes you just need two hose outlets, don’t you? We certainly do! We’ve bought poor quality ones in the past, so we figured it was time for a better one.

Eventually, we settled on this Orbit Dual-Outlet adapter and we are absolutely delighted with it.

The best part is that it doesn’t leak! For only $9 you won’t regret your purchase.

[lasso id=”1720″ link_id=”39016″ ref=”amzn-hose-y-orbit-brass-dual-outlet-faucet-adapter”]

Shrinking Hose

Space is limited in an RV — regardless of how big your van is. Because of this, having a 50-foot hose that you have to carry around isn’t ideal.

That’s why we purchased this shrinking hose. When water is pumped into it, the hose expands to 50 feet.

However, within moments of the water leaving, it shrinks back to a mere 17 feet!

[lasso id=”1721″ link_id=”39017″ ref=”amzn-shrinking-hose”]

QuickZip RV Bed Sheets

These bed sheets go amazingly well with the mattress that we mentioned earlier.

To be honest, we never thought we’d say that super-grip bedsheets are a “must-have”. But when you’re RVing, your time should be spent doing the things you love, not trying to keep your bed linen together.

The QuickZip sheets ensure that you change your beds faster than the Flash!

[lasso id=”1722″ link_id=”39018″ ref=”amzn-quickzip-rv-bed-sheets”]

RV Kitchen Accessories

The best place to be in an RV is the kitchen! How great is it to brew up a steaming cup of joe in the morning and settle into your dinette? Or use your kitchen space to chef-out and cook a delicious meal for your camping crew?

Check out this roundup of our favorite RV kitchen accessories to find some inspiration for your own.

Keep that kitchen stocked and you’ll be happy to sous-chef and sling drinks for anyone.

Omnia Stove Top Oven

Your kitchen cupboard space inside your RV is limited. Thus, having a load of pots and pans isn’t viable.

Or is it?

With the Omnia oven kit, you can have your cake and eat it too. The set comes with 2 silicone inserts, a baking pot, a lid, the Omnia stove-top oven, and some pre-cut parchment rounds.

It’s space-saving and easy to use.

[lasso id=”1725″ link_id=”39019″ ref=”amzn-omnia-stove-top-oven”]

 Kitchen Aid Hand Blender

[lasso id=”1726″ link_id=”39020″ ref=”amzn-kitchen-aid-hand-blender”]

Premier Space Saving Stainless Steel Set

[lasso id=”1727″ link_id=”39021″ ref=”amzn-premier-space-saving-stainless-steel-set”]

Collapsible Storage/Prep Bowls

Similarly, you can’t have a load of Tupperware cluttering up your RV kitchen.

Things will quickly become messy, stinky, and overall, extremely unpleasant.

We use these collapsible storage bowls that effectively disappear when not in use.

Fill them up when you need to, then give them a quick wash and a flatten when they’re empty.

They’ll slide into almost any space and won’t clutter up your countertops.

[lasso id=”1728″ link_id=”39022″ ref=”amzn-rv-collapsible-prep-storage-bowls”]

Swedish Dishcloths

You could go out and buy random dishcloths for your RV. However, they won’t work as well as these ones (trust us!).

They’re reusable and insanely absorbent. How absorbent we hear you ask? Up to 20x their original weight!

We’ve been using this pack of ten for such a long time now and they’ve survived countless machine washes! They are a must for our RV life.

[lasso id=”1729″ link_id=”39023″ ref=”amzn-swedish-dishcloth”]

Automatic Pan Stirrer

[lasso id=”1730″ link_id=”39024″ ref=”amzn-automatic-pan-stirrer”]

Happy Camper Mug

In our minds, RVing is all about getting out into the wilderness — whether that’s in the forest, on the beach, or high up in the mountains, we can’t get enough of nature.

However, we always have a better time after our morning cup of coffee (who doesn’t, right?).

And we couldn’t do that without our Happy Camper tin enamel mug so it had to make our must-have Camper accessories list.

[lasso id=”1732″ link_id=”39025″ ref=”amzn-life-is-better-at-the-campsite-coffee-mug”]

Chemex Coffee Steeper

For those of you who prefer pour-over coffee, you might like to check this Chemex steeper out instead of the Bialetti. We use both!

This one is glass so you can see your coffee infuse with the water to make a delicious brew.

And of course, it makes for wonderful Instagram pictures if you like to document your adventures. We suggest that you buy this with the official Chemex coffee filters.

[lasso id=”1738″ link_id=”39026″ ref=”amzn-chemex-coffee-steeper”]

Camco Stack-A-Plate

Sometimes, you’ll be driving over pretty rough terrains that can make your plates crash, bang, and break in the back.

It’s not a nice sound to hear when you’re just trying to get to your next destination.

That’s why we bought this stack-a-plate organizer.

It protects the edges of your dishes and prevents them from chipping, cracking, or shattering when you’re on the move.

[lasso id=”1739″ link_id=”39027″ ref=”amzn-camco-stack-a-plate”]

Cast Iron Pan

Regardless of what you’re cooking, cast iron pans are a must when you’re RVing. They can withstand anything.

We’ve used this one on open fires, stovetops, and even placed it into the oven on a few occasions. It worked perfectly every single time.

Not to mention that it’s ridiculously easy to clean as well!

[lasso id=”1740″ link_id=”39028″ ref=”amzn-cast-iron-pan”]

A major perk of camper living over tent living is the ability to up the comfort. Well, temperature control is Comfort 101.

Just like your camper itself, there are some helpful additions you can make to your load to most enjoy your time in the wild.

Take advantage of your proximity to nature when you’re RVing and check out this roundup of our favorite RV camping accessories in this guide.

Outland Portable Propane Gas Fire Pit

Okay, we do love trying to build an authentic campfire.

But, when we’re trying to cook food outside, we’ve become fed up with spending loads on firewood, dealing with intrusive smoke, and tasting ash in every mouthful.

So, we purchased this fire pit and we can’t live without it now.

[lasso id=”1752″ link_id=”39038″ ref=”amzn-outdoor-portable-propane-gas-fire-pit”]

Walkie-Talkies

As we’ve said, nature is what makes our RVing worth it. Although, we don’t want to lose one another while we’re exploring our new surroundings. Hence why we bought these walkie-talkies.

They’re a must for those who want to keep safe while rambling.

The handsets even tell you the weather before you set out so you can dress appropriately.

Camper Space-Savers

It’s easy to take space for granted until you realize you’re short on it.

In a camper, it’s even more important to pay attention to the room you’ve got around you, for it can quickly fill up.

Thankfully, there are some great ways to save on space in your RV or travel trailer.

There’s no need to feel cramped like a genie in a lamp when you’re living in a camper.

This article will provide you with a great list of space-saving ideas, so you enjoy stress-free camping with plenty of room to breathe!

So, in no particular order, this is our complete list of camper essentials for space saving:

Higher Hangers

In the past, we’ve used standard wardrobe hangers to store our clothes in the RV wardrobes.

The items took up the entire closet, leaving no space left for shoes (or anything for that matter).

After hours of searching for a solution, these higher hangers came up.

They’re made from velvet and ensures your tops etc. hang neatly, while not falling lower than necessary.

You have to see it to believe it.

You will be too when you try your hand at free camping and forgo the hookups and crowded RV parks.

Boondocking has a different set of essentials than standard RV life does. For this reason, we’ve researched the best accessories to outfit your dry camping endeavors.

Check them out below, and say hi to Mother Nature for us.

So, in no particular order, this is our complete campers accessories list:

Collapsible Dish Pan

Plastic wash basins take up a lot of room — especially if you don’t want to leave it in the sink (or it’s too big for your sink).

To begin with, we didn’t think we’d mind too much about this but we quickly realized that we’d prefer a more discreet option.

This collapsible dish basin by Prepworks folds completely flat when not in use.

We keep ours tucked away so it’s not unsightly. This is a purchase you won’t regret.

[lasso id=”1788″ link_id=”39064″ ref=”amzn-collapsible-dish-pan”]

Genius Boost HD Lithium Jump Starter

If you’re in the middle of nowhere, the last thing you want to happen is for your battery to die.

We’ve been there, got that t-shirt, and cried hysterically about the awful situation we found ourselves in.

After that debacle, we bought this lithium jump starter and haven’t looked back.

You need one of these if you’re RVing. It might just be your only way out of a sticky scenario.

Essential Internet Connection Accessories

Just because you leave residential living behind, doesn’t mean you have to say goodbye to modern amenities too! For many of us, the internet is essential for modern-day.

You’ll be taking your camper to a lot of places that might not always offer free or acceptable internet.

No need to leave the WiFi behind, this list of essential internet connection accessories will make sure you’re always getting a great signal.

Who else is going to update your RV’s Instagram, anyway?

Roadlink Unlimited RV WiFi

WiFi is always a bit of a struggle for us campers. Even if you don’t need it on the road, you can’t deny that it’s a nice luxury to have at your disposal.

To tell you the truth, we were pretty skeptical about this router and WiFi extender when we first saw it.

Nevertheless, we gave it a go and thankfully, we were pleasantly surprised!

[lasso id=”1791″ link_id=”39067″ ref=”amzn-roadlink-wifi-extender”]

Camping in an RV isn’t all mud and backwoods living. It can be pretty luxe and glamorous! One of our favorite phrases is “buy it once, buy it right!” – meaning, go for quality the first time and you won’t have to be dealing with the troubles of low-end items.

Its powerful blades improve airflow like you wouldn’t believe. The air it draws into its system can be amplified up to 18 times and cooled down further than ever before.

Miscellaneous RV Accessories and Parts

RV accessories Amazon: Check this list below:

Reflectix

Over time, the insulation in your RV will start to weaken leaving you cold and buying a silly number of blankets. Trust us, we’ve been there.

But instead of wasting our money on a load of jumpers and fluffy things, we decided to get some new insulation.

We settled on Reflectix which is a bubble foil insulation. And it’s working! We love it so much and couldn’t be happier with the results. You’ll fall in love too!

[lasso id=”1742″ link_id=”39096″ ref=”amzn-reflectix-insulation-roll”]

Garmin dezl 7-Inch RV GPS

Okay, no GPS setup is perfect. However, this Garmin edition seems to be as close as you’ll get!

It fits right inside the RV’s dashboard and has loads of route options to make your journey quicker.

Plus, you can use Foursquare on the device to find the best restaurants and other points of interest along the way.

It has given us some of the best drives ever. We couldn’t not put it on our list, right?

[lasso id=”1823″ link_id=”39097″ ref=”amzn-rv-gps”]

Camco RV Gutter Spouts

Rain puts a damper on most things, including the sides of your RV.

Over time, this will damage the integrity and stability of them, making your RV unfit for use.

Nobody wants to pay someone to fix this (it costs thousands of dollars!).

So, the best way is to prevent it.

We’ve found that using these spout extensions has stopped water from accumulating on our sides.

Trust us, your van will benefit for years to come.

[lasso id=”1824″ link_id=”39098″ ref=”amzn-rv-gutter-spouts-4-pack”]

Dicor Lap Sealant

To prevent dampness, mold, and mildew, you need to ensure your RV’s roof, windows, and doors are well sealed. Generally speaking, it can be fairly tricky to do.

But thanks to the Dicor Lap Sealant, we’ve been able to effectively seal everything ourselves. It was a quick process too!

[lasso id=”1815″ link_id=”39099″ ref=”amzn-self-leveling-lap-sealant-4-pack”]

Sewer Valve

Paying someone to come in and fix your sewer valve can cost thousands.

If you don’t have that kind of money just laying around, then purchasing an easy-to-use valve like this will mean you can repair any issues yourself.

Plus, it fits pretty much every RV out there so you’re good to go!

[lasso id=”1825″ link_id=”39100″ ref=”amzn-sewer-valve”]

Hose Splitter

Hose splitters aren’t the most exciting thing to spend your money on. However, they are a necessary purchase in the world of RVing.

This elbow fitting made by Camco has proven to be one of the most secure dump station fittings we’ve ever tried.

We particularly like the fact that it’s clear (a bit gross but let us explain) because you can easily see when your hose has finished draining.

[lasso id=”1826″ link_id=”39101″ ref=”amzn-hose-splitter”]

Scrubba Clothes Washing Bag

This literally pays for itself. How? Because you don’t need as many clothes as you otherwise do.

Not to mention that you won’t have to pay to use a washing machine.

Instead, just throw your dirty items into the wash bag and scrub for 180 seconds. Then, hang everything out to dry and you’re finished!

[lasso id=”1827″ link_id=”39102″ ref=”amzn-scrubba-clothes-washing-bag”]
