casper Mattress Return Policy

Do you know what Casper mattress return policy is? Well, you are at the perfect place to find the answer to such a question.

Getting a good night’s sleep is crucial for keeping your mind and body in tip-top shape, and Casper mattresses are notorious for being comfortable and supportive. However, if you buy a mattress from them and decide you really don’t like it, you will defiantly want to know Casper’s mattress return policy.

Casper will accept returns on any mattress in good “donatable” conditions after a 30-days day trial period and up to 100 days from the purchase date. If you don’t like the mattress, Casper will pick it up free of charge and issue a complete refund to your original form of payment.

Casper is pretty simple to work with when it comes to returning your mattress. For more information on Caspers mattress return policy and what it can mean for you, keep reading this article.

What is Caspers Return Policy on Mattresses?

Did you recently buy a Casper mattress and realize you really don’t like the way it feels? Well, you are in luck. Casper believes their customers have a right to a great night’s sleep, even if that means it’s not on their bed.

However, the company doesn’t want their customers to give up without giving their mattresses the necessary amount of time to conform to their bodies.

According to Casper, it takes at least 30-days for your body to fully adjust to a new mattress, meaning you can not return your purchase until after that 30-days is up.

Once that 30-day adjustment period is up, you can then request a return up to 100-days from the original date of purchase.

Can You Return Your Mattress After 100-Days of Use?

Unfortunately, once the 100-day time frame is up, you will no longer have the opportunity to return your mattress.

Casper believes that 100-days is enough time for your body to get used to the bed, and they will not accept any mattress back after this for any reason.

How Do You Return a Casper Mattress?

If you decide you don’t want to keep your Casper mattress, and it is after the 30-day trial period but before the 100-day policy, you can contact Caspers customer service to start your request.

You can either call the company or initiate the return online through the chat box on their website. Here you will be prompted to enter your order number after being asked a long list of questions regarding why you want to return the item and different ways to solve the issue.

If none of the resolutions are suitable for you and you want to continue with the return process, Casper will work with you to schedule a pickup of the mattress with a local donation center.

When Will You Get a Refund After Returning a Casper Mattress?

Once your refund has been approved by Caspers customer service and a free pickup has been arranged, you can expect to see a refund of your money within one week of the order being picked up.

The company will issue you a refund in the form of payment you originally purchased the mattress.

If you financed the mattress, it is recommended that you keep making your monthly payments on time, even after the return approval, until the process is complete and a refund has been issued.

Once this happens, you will then be credited the payment you made, and your account will be cleared with no more payments required.

Can You Return A Mattress to Casper Even if it Has Been Slept in?

Yes. Not only can you return a used mattress, but you actually have to use the mattress before it is eligible for returns.

However, the bed does need to be in the donatable condition to be approved for a refund. This means no stains, tears, or alterations whatsoever.

What is Caspers Return Policy on Bundles?

If you purchase a Casper Mattress as part of a bundled package, you must commit to a 30-day trial period and request the return within the 100-day time frame.

If you decide you don’t like a product from the bundle, all of the items will need to be returned. Casper will not accept the return of single items from bundles, and everything in the bundle must be in donatable condition.

How Many Times Can You Return a Casper Mattress?

While Casper tries hard to ensure their customers are happy with their products and want to make things right if the option first bought isn’t ideal, they also have to limit the number of mattresses each person gets to return for a refund.

When buying items from Casper, you can only return two of the same things before you are no longer eligible for returns through the company.

Where Do Donated Mattresses Go When You Return them to Casper?

Casper gives back to the communities they work within. When you buy a mattress and decide you don’t love it, it will be donated to a local donation center, local charity, or recycling partner.

The pickup and transportation of the mattress are free to you and the place of donation.

Likewise, if you buy a mattress from Casper, they will remove the old mattress from your home (upon your request) and will donate it to the same places free of charge if it is in donatable conditions.

Where Can You Check the Status of Your Refund on a Casper Mattress?

If you have recently returned a mattress to Casper and are still waiting on your refund, you can quickly check the status by contacting customer support by phone or online and providing them with your order number.

Summing Things Up

If you aren’t totally happy with your new Casper mattress, you not only have the opportunity to get your money back but also provide a person in need with a comfortable bed to sleep on.

However, in order to do this, you will be required to give the mattress a minimum 30-day and maximum 100-day trial run before you are eligible for your money back.
