What is Venus’ return policy?
Venus will accept returns of swimwear products sent back to them within 90 days from the date you receive your goods. Items which are in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with intact liners and manufacturing tags are likely to be accepted for a refund. Any item which is not in its original condition may be declined a refund.
Any item which is returned in sellable condition within 90 days of receiving your items is also eligible for exchange.
Customers can request that the returned item is either exchanged for a different product or refunded in the form of reimbursement to the original payment method or store credit.
What is not covered by the policy?
Final Sale items are currently not included in Venus’ returns policy. These items are not eligible for return and you will not be allowed a refund if you make a return attempt on a Final Sale item.

Are returns free?
Returns of any item to Venus are only free in some circumstances. If you opt for a refund, a deduction of $6.95 will be taken from the total amount of the refund.
Returns to Venus will only be free if you instead choose to receive an exchange of your item or accept your refund in the form of Venus Wallet credit, which is a form of store credit.

If you receive a damaged or lost item, you can get a refund or exchange by contacting Venus’ customer service.
You can contact customer service via phone or email, in which case you must include as much information as possible.

How long do returns take?
