Are Shipping Fees Refunded?

Monday Swimwear refunds the purchase price of the items you bought. They do not refund any shipping fees.

Returns are easy with Monday Swimwear. You have 14 days to submit your claim. On their website, you’ll go to the bottom of the home page. On the left side of the page, there is a menu entitled Customer Care. Select Start a Return from that menu.

The link will take you to the Returns and Exchanges page. You’ll need your order number and the zip code for where your items shipped to. Enter those and click the Start a return button.

Follow the prompts and the instructions for how to complete your return. 

Once Monday Swimwear receives your returned items, you’ll receive any refund due within the next 14 days.

Can I Return Items from an International Location?

The same return policy applies for international locations. The items must be in original condition with tags and liners still attached. 

There is a slight difference for customers located in Canada. You may submit your claim for a return and get a label from the company.

You may also exchange items the same way. However, the restocking fee for returns coming from Canada is $15 per order. 

Can I Return Items I Purchased Using a Discount Code?

You can return items purchased using a discount code if the items were priced at full retail value. 

Sometimes discount codes are indicated as final sale for use, though. If that’s the kind of discount code you used, then your item will be final sale and won’t be covered under the return policy.
