You need more than just your returnable item in order to qualify for Hollister’s in store return policy. You also need the original receipt, invoice, or payment confirmation. If you do not have the original receipt, you cannot return your items.

So, bring your original receipt and the item you want to return to an in store location within the 30 day window.

There, a representative will evaluate the condition of the clothes. As long as they are still sellable, you can return the item.

Once you’ve been approved for the return, you will get a refund in the form of store credits. Those store credits will be put on a gift card that you can spend at Hollister at a later time.

The amount of money put onto this gift card is equivalent to the value of your return.
