Pandora’s Holiday and Christmas Return Policy
Pandora’s holiday return policy allows most Pandora products purchased within the holiday window to be returned by January 31st.
As such, products purchased during the holiday window have an extended return policy in comparison to the return policy for the rest of the year.
Holiday shopping begins way before December. As a result, any item purchased between November 1st and December 31st has an extended return window. Items purchased during this time are eligible for return until January 31st.
In other words, you have until the last day of January to return any product that was purchased between November 1st and December 31st.
This gives you and your gift recipients plenty of time to try out the product and return it or exchange it for something else.
What You Need
In order for products to qualify for the holiday return, the person returning the product needs a receipt. Of course, Pandora understands that it’s embarrassing and tacky to give a gift recipient the receipt with the price posted. As such, a gift receipt works as well.
In addition to the receipt itself, you will need everything included in the box to return the product. For example, you need the original box and all jewelry included.
If the jewelry comes in a set, all individual pieces are required for a return.
Pandora’s holiday policy is comprehensive, but it has some written exceptions, such as products that cannot be returned at all.
Most notably, Pandora does not accept any returns on earrings. Returning earrings is unhygienic, and Pandora does not accept earring returns at any time throughout the year.
If earrings are defective due to a manufacturing error, the earrings are protected by the warranty, though. Defective earrings are eligible for repair or replacement.

How to Return an Item to Pandora
If you wish to return an item to Pandora, you have two options to do so. You have the option to return the product in-store or mail it in.
The in-store method is the fastest. All you need to do is bring the item and its matching receipt to your closest Pandora location.
If you purchase the item online, make sure to bring the packing slips or e-mail invoice. That Pandora location will issue a refund to the original payment used to pay for the product.
If you don’t have a Pandora store in your area, return products through the mail-in option instead. All products purchased online come with a prepaid UPS shipping label for returns.
If you did not purchase the item online, you can always contact Pandora Jewelry Customer Care Center for help. They will provide you with a shipping label.
Once you have the sticker, package up all of the contents of the box. Add everything that came in the original box or purchase, including receipt, invoice, jewelry set, etc.

How to Exchange an Item at Pandora
Whenever you are returning a product, you also have the option to return it through an exchange instead of a refund.
If you want to exchange an item at Pandora, you must visit an in-store location. Pandora does not accept exchanges through the mail-in option.
All you need to do is visit a Pandora location. Bring your original receipt and all included items. You can exchange your current item for another item of equal value.
If the item you want instead is of lesser value, the rest will be credited as a gift card. If the new item is worth more, you will need to pay the difference.
Pandora’s Regular Return Policy
Pandora’s regular return policy is very similar to the holiday return policy. The main difference between the holiday and regular policy is the return window.
Outside of the months of November and December, all products need to be returned within 30 days of the original purchase. As a result, you do not have an extended window for the rest of the year like you do during the holiday season.
Through Pandora’s regular return policy, you still have the option to return the product for a refund or exchange.
Refunds can be issued through in-store or mail-in options, but exchanges can only be issued through in-store locations.
