The Kirkland peanut oil contains 14g total fat, 2.5g of which saturates, 3g which is polyunsaturated, and 8g which is monounsaturated. The oil contains no trans fats. What Is Peanut Oil Used to Cook?

Is Peanut Oil a Healthy Oil?
